MSc Psychology · Certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner (NGH, USA)
Private one-to-one counselling by video or voice call, in Urdu or English. Anxiety, low mood, stress, marriage and parenting — we start wherever you are, at your pace.
You don't need a diagnosis or the right words to begin. If something has been weighing on you, that's reason enough.
Constant worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, panic attacks.
Losing interest, exhaustion, feeling flat or hopeless for weeks.
Repeated conflict, in-law pressure, distance, trust and communication.
Behaviour at home or school, tantrums, screen time, sibling conflict.
Exam pressure, social media, confidence, anger, pulling away from family.
Work and study overload, sleep problems, feeling stretched too thin.
Harsh self-criticism, comparison, difficulty saying no.
Direction, decisions, procrastination, pressure from family expectations.
Smoking, nail biting, phobias and habits that resist willpower alone.
Hypnotherapy is not stage hypnosis. You stay fully aware and in control throughout. It's a focused, relaxed state used to work on habits, phobias, sleep and stress responses — and it works well over video.
Write a line or two on WhatsApp about what's going on. No forms, no long intake. We agree a time that suits your schedule and time zone.
Around 50 minutes, by video or voice call — whichever you're comfortable with. Mostly listening: what brought you here, what you've already tried, what you want to be different.
We agree what to work on and how often — usually weekly to start, then spaced out. You can stop or pause at any point. There's no package to sign up for.
Yes. What you share stays between us. Sessions are not recorded. The only exception is where there is a serious risk to your life or someone else's — in that situation I would talk to you about the next step first.
For the great majority of concerns — anxiety, low mood, stress, relationships, parenting — research finds online sessions as effective as in-person ones. What matters most is the working relationship, and that carries over a call.
Urdu or English, or a mix of both — whatever feels most natural to you. Many people find it easier to describe feelings in their first language.
Yes. Sessions run by video call, so location isn't a barrier. Message me your city or time zone and we'll find a slot that works on both sides.
Fees depend on the type of session and where you're based — counselling and hypnotherapy are priced differently, and there's a separate rate for clients outside Pakistan. Message me and I'll confirm the exact fee before we book anything, so there are no surprises.
No. I'm a psychologist and counsellor, not a psychiatrist, so I don't prescribe. If medication looks like it would help, I'll say so and suggest you see a psychiatrist alongside our sessions.
That's normal, and you don't have to decide now. Send a message with your question — no commitment. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
Tell me briefly what's going on and when you're free. I usually reply the same day.

My practice is entirely online, and that's deliberate. It means someone in a small town, or a Pakistani family living abroad, can get the same support as someone sitting in a city clinic — without the travel, the waiting room, or running into a neighbour on the way in.
Most people wait years before speaking to someone. The hardest part is almost always the first message — not the therapy.
